1. Warranty:
We provide a warranty of twelve(12) months to all of our products under normal use and service, from the date of shipment(date shown on B/L or AWB). If the product becomes defective during its warranty period, we will replace the product with new or reconditioned components or parts without costs to customers. However, this warranty does not cover and shall be void for defects or damages resulting from casualty, accident, misuse, abuse, improper installation, operation or maintenance, improper connections with peripherals or other causes not arising out of defects in materials or workmanship. The seller is also not responsible for damages or loss during the shipment.
2. Post Warranty:
We will continue to provide technical support for post warranty products within reasonable years, charging the cost of components or parts only to the user.
3. Training:
The company will provide technical training free of charge to the distributors at EquipoLab headoffice & factories in China. The traffic & accommodation charge will be on the distributors’ account. EquipsLab will provide technical assistances via e-mail, fax or telephone at any working moment.
4. Technical Support:
Any technical questions about our products, please contact EquipsLab Technical Support Department. Please also keep in touch with the sales representatives, so that they can follow up the issues.
